XD Build is a Calgary-based Digital Delivery Partner specialising in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) solutions for the construction industry. We empower mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) contractors and construction teams with the tools, models, and on-site expertise needed to build smarter.
At XD Build, we believe that technology, when implemented correctly, will help improve efficiency. We support prefabrication efforts by producing quality models that streamline the construction process.

Vinay brings over 15 years of construction industry expertise, with a Master's in Aerospace Engineering. With a global perspective, he has spearheaded projects across Singapore, India, the Middle East, USA, and Canada. His passion for construction and innovation drives him to stay at the forefront of technology and industry trends.

I started XD Build with a clear purpose — to bridge the gap between office coordination and on-site execution. My goal was simple: to turn complex designs into practical, buildable solutions that actually work in the real world. I have deep respect for craftsmanship, realistic timelines, and the ground realities of trade installation. That’s why I focus on reducing rework, eliminating uncertainty, and bringing clarity to every stage of a project. At the end of the day, it’s about delivering projects on time, within budget, and with fewer surprises.
